I noticed that ice water and fresh fruit helped ease my nausea and sickness. I always ate grapes, watermelon, strawberries, and apples.

So gingerale was a good subsitute. Also rest when you are tired. I can help. I am on diclection and honestly it just takes the edge off but I still get sick often. Try to remember why you are going through this. Knowing I am doing this for my baby helps me get through the bad days!

I am 19+3 and still experiencing morning sickness. For most it passes after the first trimester and for others it hangs on. Lemons and sour candies help me. The biggest thing for me is not getting too hungry. Frequent small meals an snacks help get me through the day. I couldn't drink water for awhile as it was too heavy on my stomach
