only 10 weeks

since week 8, I've had random pains in my lower abdomen/pelvic region. if i sneeze or cough, it becomes a shooting pain all across my lower abdomen. has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you guys. it had me worried because it gets pretty intense. i have to sit down if i cough otherwise I'll be on the floor anyway lol

Yes its ligament pains, just stretching. I hate sneezing especially, it hurts really bad sometimes. Lol

Everything is just moving around to prepare for your baby to grow. My OB showed me a diagram of where all my organs have moved.
