only 3 more weeks

So i have been walking a mile for a couple days now and I haven't felt any contractions or anything, haven't had the chance to buy ammo epo yet and been making my hubby have some fun with me every night (if you know what I mean) and still nothing. Anybody have any other ideas. Oh, no spicy foods due to already having really bad heartburn.

I'm also 16 days away from due date and I walk every day. I've been bouncing on a yoga ball... I just don't know what else to get me going. My doctor won't check me if I'm dilation unless I've been experiencing contractions or next week I think

I agree with knufrio, My 2nd pregnancy was like that. Tried many things to get labor started, but nothing. So two days straight I just relaxed. Did nothing but laid back & watched tv. The second evening I got up to cook dinner, then what you know, my water broke. Lol Your body is putting a lot of work during the whole pregnancy so I think just relaxing will do the trick.

I was talking to my Dr today and the one thing he advised against more than anything is nipple stimulation.... I say just relax and let baby come when they are ready, since that's exactly what they'll do regardless of how many things you try.

I read that nipple stimulation works better than what you would think, google videos and do that. I would try squats too, yoga ball is good but thats if u have one, goodluck :-)
