please help i am going crazy

i post a comment early about my hcg level and no one reply my hcg level is 8298 and i am 7 weeks pregnant is this normal for could this be a sign of ectopic pregnancy. my doctor did a regular ultrasound and did not find nothing but when my hcg levels came back so high he wants me to do a pelvic ultrasound to see if they see the sac should i be worried. please help

thanks i was surprise myself my hcg level went from 144 to 8298 in a space of 3 weeks

thanks alot i went back to my doctor today and had a transvignial ultrasound and we saw the sac and a ring everything was good and the baby measured at 5 weeks

Idk but they sould be able to see something at 7 weeks those numbers are pretty high, when I had my ectopic though my numbers were very slow rising I was 9 weeks pg an they were only 2700.No spotting and no cramp are a good sign. A good sign of etopic is spotting and for alotof women get cramps mostly on one side.
