ovarian cysts,pregnancy, need to know answers

There was some talk a week or so ago about ovarian cysts and this certain medication doctors have prescribed for patients with the cysts.  If anyone knows what its callee or has been prescribed this drug pkease give me insight

I have a 4cm cyst on my left ovary, not on any meds for it as they are very common.

Metformin is a diabetes drug which is often used in women who have pcos as it can make you more fertile as one of the side effects x

Now the cyst is 12 cm I know its huge but the good thing is that as long as the baby gets bigger it hold the cyst from moving and cause pain but sometimes cuz of the pressure of having it that bigit hurts some times and badly too but still trying to stand and continue right now if I feel pain I take oxycodone and it helps but still trying not to take only when im in severe pain. ..I passed more than half of the way and I just decided with my doc to do a c section to have my baby and remove the cyst when I reach 38 weeks...till that time Ill try to stand and go on...best luck for u too

Im 23 weeks and 4 days and I discovered that I have a right ovarian cyst when I was 6 weeks it was so painful and it hurts suddenly cuz the cyst was about 6cm and in my ovary it self and was freely moving that what caused the severe pain I was about to operate and remove it when im 13 weeks but with bed rest for three weeks and not
moving it got better and first I used to take vicoden as a pain relief but if u take it daily it makes the baby withdraw u can just rest and rest and take the med only when u in severe oain and cant stand it any more..later ull get used to the pain just rest and rest and later I was better cuz when the baby gets bigger it will make the cyst not move ..

Ive only seen about three comments about woman using the medication. I dont know if there is . Ive had cysts since 10 years old im now 23. And the pain has increased just recently

I didn't know doctors prescribed meds for that. I've had one on my left ovary and they said it will go away on its own and its nothing to be worried about. Sorry I couldn't help
