ovarian cysts while pregnant?

Im only 7wks2days and ive only had one cyst that i know of and i only knew about that one because it ruptured. That was a couple years ago though. Anywho lately whenever i sneeze really hard i get a sharp pain on one ovary. It varies between them. One time it hurt so bad i fell to the ground though. I didnt think i could get cysts because the kind i get are from ovulating. But i guess they could be there from before i got pregnant. Does anyone else get sharp pains like that? Could it be something else? Should i bring it up to the dr? Would cysts put me on high risk for miscarriage?

I'm also having those weird sharp pains in my ovarys and I'm 8 weeks they r sharp and sometimes not even when I cough or sneeze they just happen because ...I had a huge ruptured cyst last February I didn't even know I had till it ruptured but I had my ultrasound a week ago and get my results tommorow ..but did u by any chance notice pain in your ovarys when when she pushed down on them during the ultrasound?? I think that's why I'm worrying that I have them :s it's was a sharp pain only when she pushed on my ovarys

Im 14 weeks and when i was 6 weeks i found out i had cysts in both sides .. I went to the er cuz i was having pain and i though it was an ectopic but it was just cysts !! Have u had an ultra to make sure baby is in the righ place or if u have the cysts ? The doc in the er said they should clear as pregnancy go along .. But i still feel pain sometimes in my ovaries !!
