Just make sure u are getting all the nutrients u and baby need the first trimester is most crucial for babys foundations including heart & brain. Sounds like ur eating well id throw in plenty of protein & iron though
I'm doing the same thing. I ate horrible with my daughter and never lost baby weight. So I'm eating healthy and cutting out pop and sugary foods! (Ok, not so much cutting them out as this baby WON'T let me have them!) I still eat plenty!
I lost 20lbs on both my first pregnancies (that was from severe morning sickness) and ended up with two healthy boys as long as you are eating healthy and eating healthy amounts and seeing your Dr regularly you should be fine
Then I don't see anything wrong with that. As long as your healthy baby will be too :)
Im not dieting. Im just not eating junk and sugar. So ive just changed my life style to healthy and the weights comming off.
Your not supposed to diet while pregnant to lose weight, but if your changing your lifestyle to be healthy for baby and just so happen to lose weight then that's ok. As long as your not cutting calories or exercising vigorously, and just continue to eat healthy, drink lots of water & stay active you should keep your weight gain to a minimum. There's always time to try to lose weight AFTER you have the baby
