overweight

so before I got pregnant I was overweight 270 I'm 5'10 in height...I'm 16 weeks(4months) however you wanna put it...I now weight 246 now guessing because I couldn't really hold down anything including water....I had heavy bleeding twice so much blood I thought I was having a miscarriage both times that's how much blood it was. I went to the er they said I was fine the baby was fine I listen to heart beat and everything. if I continue to loose weight is that acceptable??? I don't even wanna get back up to 265...any ladies weighed less by the time you had your baby than before you got pregnant????

A lot of women that are considered obese end up smaller than when they started. Its your bodies way of saying "you and your baby don't need all this" so just keep active and eat healthy and you probably won't gain much of it back. Try walking everyday and cut down on carbs and the snacks and you'll do great not making it above 265. I've tried so hard not to gain too much weight this pregnancy since the first one made me overweight.

I gained weight but I weighed the same as you when I got pregnant. My doctor wants me to loose weight while pregnant but some might just want to make sure you don't gain anymore. Which is hard
