Idk, I just think some people gain more than others... I was 150 by 26 weeks... My doctor told me my healthy weight gain was around 45-50pounds and I feel like yours would be sort of around the same. Bread has carbs so if you're not working it off it'll turn to fat but in all honesty, you need some carbs occasionally. Your diet sounds good, I really don't see a huge problem.
It might be the bread ur eating causing u to gain weight try to cut dwn on sum of the bread. Don't eat the bagel mid day or don't eat the toast one or the other..try to go for a short walk everyday if u could exercise is good.
I also try to eat salads and now I'm going to cut out rice completely from my diet
I don't eat fast food I eat a lot of fruits and bread like for breakfast I eat scrambled eggs with toast or Cuban bread and I'll have a Bagel mid day. I eat peanut butter granola bars I'm like obsessed with them. I don't exercise I work in a restaurant so by the time I get home I'm just beat and want to rest. The crazy thing is that I do not look like I've gained so much weight.. people think I've only gained like 10 pounds. The only thing that has grown is my breast a whole lot I'm a triple D and my belly is not even that big
I gained 70 pounds my whole pregnancy. My doctor wanted me too since I was 107 pounds and my average weight is usually 130. It all depends on your body. As long as you're eating healthy and getting light exercise there isn't anything you can do about your weight gain!
You're doctor is right, you are gaining weight a bit too fast. What exactly does your diet pertain? And be honest because it's not like I'm going to judge you. Also, what is your daily schedule like? Are you getting any exercise?
