My twin nephews stayed in the hospital til they were able to breathe on their own. The nicu did everything they could to keep my nephews alive and well and the did a very good job. Just stay hopeful and calm.

I'm not on bed rest. They say its ok not to worry that much about it but its worrying cause this is my first pregnancy I had them explain it but I'm still worried. Would it be ok if they were born early and what if there lungs aren't developed when there born what would happen?

Hope all goes well. Just a little reasurance. My twin nephews were born at 26 or 27 weeks. Yes it was scary but now they are almost 6 and super tall for their age. Stay strong and good luck.

If one twin is head down and the other is breeches they can flip the other and have them naturally.

Hi there sweetie.  Try not to worry.  Your doctor has taken an oath to take care for you.  Your cervix is closed---  this is good!!  All babies have fluid around them, they are supposed to . . . the amniotic fluid.  Being breech at 26 weeks is not a bad thing.  Babies move and turn.  Being on the cervix at 26 weeks is also not a bad thing---  that is placenta previa with the majority of those resolving before birth.  How having TWO babies in there will impact this, I do not know though.   Breech babies are just delivered c section.  Babies that are placenta previa babies are also delivered c section (you'll get directions on this and they will tell you not to allow anyone in Labor and Delivery triage check you or anything and they will not want you to go into labor. That is IF it doesn't life like most do).

Are you on bed rest?

What does your doctor say?
