i wouldn't say it's normal to have bleeding during early pregnancy, there is something causing it...even if the bleeding stops then you need to see you doctor and tell them what happened as they will need to monitor you and find out why you were bleeding.

all you can do for now is put your feet up and rest. you are too early to see anything on a scan right now. hopefully the bleeding will resolve itself, but if it gets heavier and you have crampy period type pains it's a miscarriage, sorry if i scare you, as i say fingers crossed it stops of it's own accord.
