I eat them on almost daily basis. They are five cooked.
Shellfish is fine as long as its cooked. Nothing on the half shell. I have been living off of clams and crab legs lol
I had some at the beginning of my pregnancy and i was fine. Then in one of my appointment i asked the doctor if i could have some and he said once in a while it was fine just not to over due it. And I've had some more since and my baby is healthy.
I was told absolutely no shellfish at all. If you're concerned I would call your Dr or midwife
I was told not to. Although I do believe its an old wives tale. I dont particularly lile them anyway so I don't eat them.
