leg pain..?

Has anyone ever experienced pain in there leg. It kinda feels like muscles spasms. But it feels like my veins are pinching and it really hurts... it only started since I got to work and has continued for  3 hours now... its fine when I sit but when I start walking or move it pinches and really hurts.... im 14weeks n 2 days.. ive never had this happen before....

Anything else I can do to help with the pain .... ?

Alright. That dosent make me feel as worried. It just is super uncomfortable and extremely hurts. I drink water all the time n milk daily so....

My Dr told me it's normal and has to do with lack of calcium. She told me to stay hydrated and make sure I'm drinking milk every couple of days
