I have the Restless Leg Syndrome really bad :( I can't sleep because I can't lay still. I'll be sitting class and start moving my legs and the people who sit around me get so annoyed. I also have the heartburn really bad too. I take tums for it and it seems to help.

What do you do to stop the weird feeling? I have only tried heating pad on my knee where the rls is.

I've read that drinking tonic water can help.  It has quinine (sp?) in it and that's what's supposed to do the trick.  I haven't googled it to see if it's safe during pregnancy though.

Bananas and like Evie said, ask your OB about tonic water and Epsom salt baths. Avoid benedryl,  it will make it worse!
