pain after delivery 3 months pp. for already moms

Hi guys I'm 3 months pp and I had a vaginal delivery. Didn't tear much but they did stitched me inside a bit. Problem is I'm still in pain is this normal? Sex really hurts. I thought vaginal delivery was supposed to heal quicker :/

I did end up having an infection in my uterus, both strep b and they believe ecoli... But it didn't necessarily hurt to have sex but only to wear pants, have them check your cervix/uterus

Also having sex two weeks after was too soon maybe it affected your healing process in a way

I went and she said everything looks normal and did a culture.  She said ppl are all different. I did have sex as well 2 weeks after delivery I was in pain but one thing lead to the other. I just want to feel normal again. It even hurts to go number 2

I would ask your doctor, it a depends on your body and its own healing process. 3 months is a bit long but just ask. I didn't tear and had sex 2 weeks after delivering so I'm not really sure what advice to give other than asking your doctor
