Im not to worried my midwife told me to.get a support belt but i find them so uncomfortable..... it has gotten worse the past couple weeks.... i dont anything to help for comfort... turning is painful in bed!
I'm 35 weeks and i know exactly how you feel. It's worse when I'm laying down and when I'm turning over in bed, also in the mornings. It takes me forever to get up because it hurts so bad. I talked to my doctor about this and she said he was head down and on my pubic bone, so it's normal. But, if you're worried about it talk to your doctor
Thank you.... it has gotten worse every night i fell yesteday on my hip and was thinking it got worse because of that maybe the fall shifted him in that position
Baby is probably head down and in your pelvis now. I'm 26 weeks and mine has been there since 21 weeks. She's currently head butting my public bone and cervix. It feels like I'm bruised. However, it's very normal.
