I get paranoid still! 16 weeks and I still worry about miscarriage even though it's so rare at this point. XD AVOID THINGS about miscarriage, defects, etc. I thought it would calm my fears but nooope lol. What DOES help is looking up baby stiff constantly. Development, things you need/want for baby, names, etc. Excitement wins out!

Read books or watch movies to distract your mind. And don't worry to much that's how I was. But time will fly when you don't think about it to much

I almost had a miscarriage in the beginning and always thought something bad was going to happen to.my baby but he is a healthy two week old! And I have a healthy 6&7 year old too!!!! It'll be ok your just being a mom you'll never stop worrying about your baby from here on out!
