I was a waitress at Applebees for a week and wuit because the kitchen was disgusting. The men who were cooking were sweating and they smelled, and it just wasn't a good enviornment.
Glad to help. Understand about the navigating through here. I never even knew we had a site so specific to your needs. Best wishes.
Thank you for your response, I feel more at ease. I am learning how to navigate around this app sorry for posting my question in the wrong section. Happy Holidays
I really don't think that any of us in the ADHD community have the expertise to answer this.
However, Applebees is a very large (and I think good) chain. I would assume that they have very good kitchen practices. Tilapia has gotten some bad press lately, but it all depends on where it is farmed - or where in this case Applebees bought there fish. See this link to snopes - http://www.snopes.com/food/warnings/tilapia.asp
I guess you could call the manager at Applebees and see where the fish came from.
But since you ate around the uncooked part, that should have been helpful. And I doubt that that part of the fish was uncooked, but rather undercooked. If the fish was a problem, then all the fish that Applebees got from that farm would be a problem and I think that you would be reading about it.
So my guess (and it is really only a guess) is that you will be fine. Happy Holidays.
