So I am 2 cm and 'soft', is that the same as effaced?
I'm 31 weeks, yeah that's what the doc told me yesterday but i have a history of preterm labor and he thinks I'm gona be early with this one too. He thinks within the next week or 2 because I've been having strong contractions everyday for a couple of weeks now. And it has caused my cervix to change, like i was a 1.5 earlier this week and last night I was 2.
How far along are you? Anyway it normally means nothing sadly. You can be dilated.for a long time before anything happens
