When you are constipated, try and drink some more fluids. You can also try out some moderate exercises to get things flowing again. Even just a nice walk.
Yes breakfast is important. Try not to skip any meals. When I was pregnant, I ate all day! LOL healthy things of course but I found myself having smaller more frequent meals instead of 3 big ones.

Constipation and diarrhea are completely normal during pregnancy. So don't be alarmed.
You shouldn't skip breakfast either. I know its really hard to eat sometimes because of morning sickness, but the baby needs food too!!! Try and eat at least a few crackers or something. Sleeping on your stomach is okay until your second trimester or when it starts to get uncomfortable.
All your symptoms sound like normal pregnancy symptoms.. stay calm and just relax.. you still have a verry long time to go!

You are about as far along as me, 7wks5days, congrats! For the last 2 weeks I just havent been feeling myself & im beginning to take this as the norm. With me, I have soo much frequent urination I fret going to the movies tonight to see paranormal activity 3 bc ill be running the whole show. I have on/off constipation also. If you have the runs, its only bc you havent gone in some long. Pregnancy to me are weird all together, its no longer how we feel. We are puppets for our babies. Keep in touch, if you have any more questions since we are so close in time. My DD is 6/4/12. Yours is close to that im guessing?
