I've always had symptoms appear between 3-5 weeks gestation, or 1-3 weeks after ovulation (this is my fifth pregnancy, one living child so far, tested positive before missed period 3 of 5 times and never found out later than 4w3d). For me personally, my pregnancy symptoms are nothing like premenstrual symptoms - I've never in my life had sore breasts except in pregnancy and early breastfeeding. Never in my life experienced heartburn except during pregnancy. I'm very in tune with my cycle and my body and I know for sure when something is different. But I know many people don't have that same sense of change to recognize it.
I felt extremely slight nausea, sore breasts, and constipation, about a week before my expected period. Also cramping and spotting so I definitely thought my period was coming
Any symptoms you would feel are pretty similar to pre menstrual symptoms, so honestly it's extremely hard to tell. You just have to know your body. But honestly, you won't know until you miss your period. You can have a feeling, but you won't know.
I started getting nauseated about 4 to 5 weeks after my ovulation time....since I always forgot to take a pill so I stopped taking bc but thought my spotting was due to stopping the pill but nope it was cuz I was pregnant already. ...
I didn't feel any symptoms until I was 13 weeks pregnant. The only reason I knew I was pregnant was because I missed my period
