Hi. I am 31 weeks today and have just been feeling miserable the past two days. I think i lost my mucous plug on thursday but haven had membrane rupture or bloody show. The past two days ive been haven worst bh, lots of pressure, peeing way more, dull lower back ache, diarea, and feeling way more tired. The baby is still moving around and everything but im wondering if all these signs mean labor is near. Any advice?

Call the triage unit of your hospital or your OBYGN.  May want you to get check out and possibly an NST (fetal monitoring for 20 min. or so).  This would put your mind at ease and you will know for sure all is okay.  Lost your mucous plug a tad bit early.  If you are having all of these symptoms could be early labor and they have medication that can stop this.  Make sure you are drinking plenty of water because an UTI can cause this also.  Make sure and call.  Goodluck!

You can lose your mucous plug weeks before going into labor; it regenerates (grows back). Peeing more is from pressure from baby; uterus sits on top of bladder.

Labor is not something that can be pinpointed by symptoms. Drink more water and keep your feet up. Definitely too early for baby to come! Make sure you bring up these concerns at your next appointment.
