Ugh my back has been killing me all day and i can't sleep idk which pills to take tho ):

I would talk to ur doc about meds. I use a heating pad and soak in a warm bath. I also tie a sheet around my lower back & under my belly to relieve some of the strain. They make actual back supports as well, but Im d stuck in the house. Wish you well!
