Nothing set mine off they have been coming on and off for the past few hours and all I was doing was showering.. tried sitting and laying down but they just keep coming.
I get it too mine comes when I'm walking an I have to stop cause I feel like something is coming out. I don't like it
Mine usually happens when I am walking long distances. Or if I move the wrong way.
OK I was curious. Its uncomfortable enough to interrupt my sleep lol.
