So im desperately trying everything since im now 40 wks... as for pineapple to help go into labor... can i chop up fresh pineapple and put it in a fruit smoothie or in my oatmeal?  I am not the biggest fan of pineapple just randomly ill buy it and have some.

Stripping the membranes didn't work for me either. I heard of pineapple. I had to use these pill my Dr told me to use & the ball. It all worked for me!! Good luck(:

Nothing worked with my first and bouncing on an exercise ball helped with the second.  I think you'll go into labour when your body is ready.  Good luck!

Nipple stimulation and lots of walking. Sex when both partners orgasm all are scientifically proven to help bring on labor

I tired pineapple & it did nothing, just like nothing else worked. I was scheduled to get induced yesterday morning, but luckily, my baby boy decided to come on his own six hours before being induced.

Pineapple, one big can of it, of the chunks, then drinking the juice and going for a walk after did it for me!! I went from 0cm's to 3cm's in about 10 hours!!

I tried everything to induce and Nothing worked...I tried sex, walking, pineapple, raspberry leaf tea, spicy food, bouncing on labor ball and Dr even stripped my membranes...I go for my induction tomorrow since I am only 1cm dilated and my cervix is still high up...good luck on your efforts...

I just read on my wily email that eating 6 dates daily can quicken labor.  It's worth a shot!

LOL you would have to eat gallons of pineapple to possibly even get results. Try walking, squats,sex, or bouncing on a ball. You will get better results with that than eating pineapple.
