I had placenta previa my first pregnancy. I didn't feel anything till I was consistent until  37 weeks. I just felt a random, but very light, kick here and there. Now, I'm pregnant again and my baby is always kicking lol complete opposites already!

I'm a second time mom & I found out just before 20 weeks that my placenta is in front too. I had been super.worried about not really feeling anything. Now I'm 24 weeks & am just starting to feel more, but nothing really consistent yet. The Dr said not to worry until I'm in the 30 weeks about it being regular. I think its just different for every single pregnancy.

It really depends. Women that have been pregnant previously will feel it earlier. It also depends on how your baby is positioned in your uterus
