38 weeks help ?

My cervix is soft and im 1 to 2 cm dialated I was wondering is there anything I cn do to help dilate me more, im having contractions bt not close enough to go in to labor and delivery

with my 1st sex cause me to dialate 5cm in only a couple hrs afterward, you can also try walking and nipple stimulation, i found that walking at a faster pace caused me to contract so its worth a go.
