please as need answers!asap

Went to hospital last night because of bleeding and sharp pains.no miscarriage but my last period was January 23 started so by calculation I'm suppose to be 7 weeks today.but when they did the ultrasound lady night the sac showed 5 weeks 3 days and nothing inside so scared.did any one have a scam this early and not show the baby? Please respond asap

Going by your last period is assuming you ovulated 2 weeks later, but it may have gone longer than that for you, which would put you further behind. I would definitely get another sono. Best wishes!

Thanks so much y'all really lifted my spirits knowing that an empty sac is ok this mabey my home test just showed up super early after conception and threw of my doc.I'm really hoping everything well be ok so nervous my appointment is on the 17th so hopefully she well schedule another scan soon and I'll get to see my baby and know everything is ok

I had a scan at 5w 4d and only saw a sac too. I went a week after and saw baby heartbeat and yolk sac!

I'm currently waiting for my next ultrasound to see If I have a blighted ovum. An empty sac. It ***** very badly. I thought I was 7w3 days but sac measured 6w1d empty :/ but I've seen alot of positive things saying that a baby can pop up.this is also my 3rd

Yes I got one at 5 weeks and there was no baby just a sac

And it's also scaring me because they also seemed concerned that according to my last period I should be 7 weeks.they did that is rare but the fertilized egg could be empty trucking my body into thinking I'm pregnant?

Yes but why would it be showing 2 weeks earlier than they told me? This is my 3rd this has never happened

Still early give it another 6 weeks.

Normally at that time it is just a sac as its to early yet :)
