please help first time pregnancy

I took the clear blue test the day of my missed period it said I was pregnant I took first response and it also said I was pregnant. 6 days later I started bleeding but it was not heavy nor light I went to the er and the doctor took an urine sample and blood test both came negative. He said he doesnt know why the home pregnancy test came out positive but theres came out negative so he said they must have been a defect in them. I am so confused. But I have pregnancy symptoms . And my fiance keeps throwing up after he eats and he can't eat certain foods without throwing up and he is craving stuff he hates. So am I pregnant or not?

I agree, your hcg was high enough to snow pregnant on the home tests, but if the urine and blood test at the hospital are now showing negative after bleeding, it sounds like it was either chemical or a miscarriage and your levels have drooped.
