please help me!!!

So I am 34 weeks and I have stretch marks. They're pretty bad as I was tiny before I got pregnant.  The only problem is they itch SO BAD and when I scratch it's like I can't stop and it starts to hurt. I even rub cocoa butter and everything, still nothing. Please someone help me relieve this itchyness It's affecting my sleep.

Any kind of lotion made specifically for dry skin will help normally. I have really sensitive skin though so even the most powerful creams didn't help me. I just gave up and scratch. My husband tries to keep me from scratching by holding my arms down and blowing on my stomach. I know sounds dumb but it helps a lot and some nights he rubs lotion on my stomach for me but I think he only does that because he like to feel our son kick lol. My biggest thing is my breast itch to bad and I can't make them stop at all no matter what. Like I make sores on them because I scratch so much.

Does it matter what kind of lotion or does it have to be for stretch marks?
