please, please help!

Can straining to try to go #2 hurt my baby? Im having a very hard time going to the restroom and i try pushing it doesn't help much im just really worried i hurt my baby. Is my baby ok im really worried :(

You can try colace, its a stool softner & eat a couple prunes. Not suppose to take laxatives. Hope this helps. A salad usually works for me.

Im a ftm too. Jus was tryna lighten the mood. But yea the yogurt shud b fine. But idk eat sumthing that will give u diarhea lol i dnt really have problems goin but if i did thats wat i wud do

Ive been drinking lots of water and eat veggies and nothing works i was wondering if eating the activia yogurt would be ok to eat and safe for baby? Sorry if my post was silly im a ftm and worry about hurting my baby.

Funny as it nay be I just eat refried beans for a day like make burritos or tacos with beans and rice that will get the job done lol constipation is super common with pregnancy but I'm someone who suffers from it regardless !

Drink some prune june or eat some grapes. Straining won't hurt baby but it can hurt you and the last thing you want to do is pull a muscle. Drink lots of water too!
