So since yesterday afternoon I've been feeling very nauseous after a couple hours I threw up, then this morning it was diarrhea. A lot. All I ate was chicken parmesan and fettichini from olive garden. What could this be? If this is food poisoning I hear it automatically can kill baby now I'm worried does food poisoning kill baby? I'm 25 weeks.

That's why I suggest calling and talking to your doctor. We can give you our opinions all day long, but a doctor can completely ease your mind. More than likely your baby is fine. But I still think you should seek professional advice on whether it is a stomach bug or what you ate or possibly something else. That is just my thoughts and what I would do.

But most likely my baby will be okay? Even though I have a very upset stomach and throwing up?

Don't worry TOO much!  If it continues too the extreme go in and have some fluids via IV at least to keep you from being dehydrated! But there is a nasty stomach bug going around and really nothing to do about it. Just stay hydrated and eat what you can. Stick to a very bland diet. Toast, bananas,  applesauce, crackers.

I know it's the weekend, but can you call your OB doctor or at least the on-call doctor and ask? Maybe they will be able to calm you and hopefully it's nothing or maybe they'll want you to come in? Either way, I suggest calling them and see what they say? Hopefully it is just something that is passing thru your system. Good luck and best wishes!

Ive never heard of food poisoning automatically killing the baby but it does sound like it couldve been from what you ate. Make sure you staying hydrated.
