I'm 5 months pregnant an wanting to die my hair is it okay if I do so ??

yes u are able to dye your hair. When dying ur hair u shouldnt be putting it on ur scalp anyways so u will be fine. The only reason why people say not to is because of all the fumes in the dye isnt good to breath in but just make sure u are in a room with a fan or window and u will be fine. Im a cosmetologist and ive dyed peoples and dyed my own hair while pregnant  it is perfectly fine.

I've bleached my hair twice now... use ammonia free and your hormones can make it turn a little different from what you want. Like my roots are a slight orange bronze color but it fades to my previously colored hair just fine. Can barely notice. Just once the dye is in go outside so that you don't breathe in any weird crap from it and try to wait until your past the first trimester.

All it has to be is ammonia free. Not all that organic crap. Hope this helps

Ive dyed my hair with every pregnancy and I dye my hair with this pregnancy. As long as ur in a ventilated space its fine. Every doctor ive had said its fine

I dyed my hair through out my pregnancy I asked my obgyn and they said it's fine. Don't listen to the mom's who say don't, just call your doctor and ask him or her.

You can color your hair- just don't do permanent. Do shades. It will wash out after so long. Go to an actual salon that is trusted and let them know your situation. Do not bleach! Shades are okay and now at most salons the colors they have don't have the chemicals that they used to. Now if you go get a box color from the store it will-do not do box.

Ive died my hair twice in my pregnancy your fine just keep fresh air around not so much smoothering of chemical smell

Just don't let it touch your roots like your scalp..weaar gloves, & do it outside or around a window!

My midwife said it was fine and Im 37 weeks and dyed it last week!  Just make sure youre in a open area!

The chemicals in the hair dye can enter your blood stream, if u dye ur hair go for organic hair dye

I've heard though that because of the hormones raging through your body that the color can come out really weird...so just be prepared for that possibility
