thanks you ladies! i hope everything is ok. Its my first one, so its hard to not stress. Im trying not to worry and pray for my baby hoping he is fine!
It's actually really common, almost all babies have it while in the womb they just happen to see some on the u/s it usually goes away by the time they are born. They are probably going to do an u/s to make sure there is no deformities of the hands so don't be alarmed. My oldest had 2 of them and they went away when he was born, this pregnancy little man had two also and I'm 35 weeks and they are gone now. Don't stress to much
I hope everything is okay. Prayin for u and the lil one
Sorry to hear this. I had never heard of this and did some research. This is what I found. Hope it helps and prayers for you && the little one :)
CPCs can form within this structure and come from fluid trapped within this spongy layer of cells, much like a soap bubble or a blister. CPCs are often called "soft signs" or fetal ultrasound "markers" because some studies have found a weak association between CPCs and fetal chromosome abnormalities.
It is believed that many adults have one or more tiny CPCs.[1] CPCs have no impact on an individual's health or development or learning. The fetal brain may create these cysts as a normal part of development. They are temporary and usually are gone by the 32nd week of pregnancy.
Sorry I don't know but hopefully someone else can help. Bump!
