You may have a blocked duct, you should be seeing your ob for the last time in a week, ask him or her about it. If none of the tricks work.

Where do i get the teas?

mexican tales: Cinnonim tea, cumin tea. and otmeal. those are the only ones i know.

At some points i cant even pump one ounce but some days i can pump 3 ounces i will try that oatmeal..i just want to start producing more

I know oatmeal is good to increase milk supply. Also they sale some supplements otc. I cant remember the names but u can research it. I've been researching breast feeding alot as.I plan to breastfeed and this is my first baby. Best wishes.

Pumping is your best bet & make sure your staying very hydrated.
