weight gain "

why do i keep gaining pounds . i dont eat alot brsides 2 small meals -&& fruits -&& cereal through out the day ! im 24 weeks 4days , 5'0 tall -&& im at 146 pounds i believe ive gained 30pounds so far . but my arms , face and feet aint getting big my belly isnt big either . should i eat less or am i doing good

yesterday when i went she didnt seem concerned about it , she said everything looked perfect -&& my pregnancy was going good so far , so im guessing its nothing to worry bout but i feel like its a little to much its like 5 pounds each m

Ask your doctor for ideas on how to eat healthier. Fruits have lots of sugar..that's probably why you've gained as much as you have. Good luck!

Everyone is different. It could be that you're retaining a lot of water so most of it could simply be water weight. I wouldn't worry about too much.. but I'd def ask my Dr. If she thinks its OK then don't worry about it. My only concern would be that is still have 17 weeks to go.. and you gain most of the weight in the third trimester. But as long as you're eating healthy you should be good!!
