positive pregnancy test followed by negatives

I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it showed a faint positive now yesterday and this morning all negatives i am 6 days late on my period. Has anyone else had this happen to them.

Defintely get blood work done. When I had simliar results it was a miscarriage.

I'm currently 32+1 wks gone with ma 4th baby and I got a nurse to confirm ma pregnancy and it was negative I did about 6 tests and 4 we're digital blue all pos it can happen to b sure get a blood test done only then will u know if ur pregnant or not gd luck xx

Hi this happened to me after I found out 2 weeks ago that I was pregnant, but I had been bleeding, I had 3 positive home tests followed by 2 inconclusive urine tests at hospital lab then 3 negative home tests followed by another positive home test then another negative home test then lastly a positive blood test, its all very confusing

False negatives are more common than false positive. Get a blood test done at the doc
