possible appendicitis?

Ive been having severe pain in my right side of my belly since yesterday, when i cough i feel like someone has pulled my insides out! Its soooo bad i cant walk properly, ive been sick, i dont feel like eating, feeling soo faint aswell (19 weeks pregnant) any ideas? Ive been told possible appendicitis but also could be a number of things! Any clue? Thanks

Severe abdominal pain could be any number of things and some of them could be life threatening and should be treated as such. If it is appendicitis you need to be seen asap as a rupture could possibly end your life. Another very possible cause for one sided flank pain is kidney stone. While most kidney stones will pass on their own, Some can be large enough to block the flow of urine from the kidney to the ureter causing something called hudronephrosis. It's probably just best you go get checked out. Feel better soon.

If it's still hurting that bad I would go get checked out.. Could be a lot of different things..

If u really believe it may be I'd go to the er because if it burst it becomes toxic.
