possibly early labor?
I've felt extremely achy and crampy today and I also woke up feeling really anxious and nervous I keep getting like hot flashes/chills like I have a fever and I lost more of my mucus plug about an hour ago. My back hurts but I haven't felt any painful contractions just the usual braxton hicks. Could I be in the early stages of labor? Or just regular pregnancy stuff? FTM - 38+3 weeks
I tried timing my contractions, nothing regular so I guess its just normal, maybe my body is just preparing.
