Is it normal to only heavily bleed. A few hours after giving birth?

I thought you were asking about you bleeding a lot ? Well if your not bleeding much anymore than that's good. I don't think anything would be wrong. Everybody's body is different after labor.

But I'm pretty much done bleeding he's not even 24 hours yet

Yes. That's completely normal. The rest of the blood and all that nasty stuff has to come out. It helps to shrink your uterus back down close to normal size before the baby was in there. The hospital I was in the nurse came in every half an hour I think to rub my belly. It helps to get it out. I was supposed to be doing it myself when they wasn't there but it kinda hurt so I didn't. And it caused me to have a clot. I was getting up to go pee and whoosh. The clot had fell out of me lmao it felt like another placenta was coming out. So yeah it's normal. It'll go down. Just keep rubbing your lower stomach in a circle motion.
