You can also try lavender oil baths and camomile baths but iron rich foods will give you the best relief

My legs don't get painful just irriating but have you tried hot water bottles they might help to relax your muscles and ease the cramps

I am genuinely in shock that I didnt know this and find it weird that you posted this topic. The only reason i clicked this thread was out of curiousity because i cant stop moving my legs right now I didnt know anything about rls. I'm gonna bring it up to my midwife next week O.o it annoys my bf when I move my legs because it shakes the bed and it gets on his nerves but I cant help it

I have had severe anemia since I was around 6 or 7 and eating a lot of spinach has helped me so much! Also potato skins have a good amount of iron if you will eat them

It is a very common sign of an iron deficiency, I drink spinach smoothies everyday to make sure my iron levels are okay. Stretching also helps a lot.

I've tried the pillow thing and it didn't help so I will definitely try the bath and stretchs. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and I'm hoping she can give me some ideas on what to do. Thanks ladies

I had to Google what this was and now it explains why I'm always moving my legs
I'm doing it right now because if I keep them still my legs feel really weird and annoyingly achy but not sore. It gets worse when I'm trying to sleep at night
