im hoping to go back to my normal weight. I started at 143 and now im 190. Im so swollen everywhere it feels like. Idk if its water weight or not, I didn't really watch what I ate. Im 37weeks on Monday. These last 3 weeks im going to really watch what I eat though.

I never had to diet. Most of the pregnancy weight just melts off the first few weeks. I really think you only have trouble if you gained excessive weight or from eating unhealthy, like sweets and junk every day. If the majority of yours is water weight it should go really quickly.
