7 weeks and cramping

Im 25 years old and this is my 6 th pregnancy but will be my first child, i've miscarried 5 times with no apparent cause the doctors say. I'm worried because I'm having really bad cramps at night generally on my left side it kinda feels like period cramps but i have had no bleeding or spotting I'm having a hard time finding info on low cost or free medical card here where i live in Knoxville and i don't have any insurance so i can't get a doctor to see me without paying for the visit upfront. Is this cramping normal or should i really be alarmed and go to the hospital?

I had really bad cramps for the first like 10 weeks I also have miscarried before so I was worried and asked my do she said as long as its not unbearable and there isn't a significant amount of bleeding or spotting u should be fine. So I'd say judge ur pain based on what u know of the pain from loses before and if u think it's severe enough make an er trip ASAP. If not just relax and breathe and try and wait it out.

I have the same pain. I'm 32 weeks though but have had it since the beginning. Turned out I have a cyst in my ovary. There's no bleeding involved just cramping. Maybe that's what it is. Good luck! I hope all it is is a cyst which are harmless

To make for certain you could go to the er but I went we I was about 7 weeks cause I wiped an there was a spot of blood an it freaked me out an they checked my blood levels an said they was a little low an told me that if I wasn't cramping an bleeding then everything should be fine, an i need to follow up with my doctor so as long as your not bleeding you should be okay. I hope you start feeling better sn good luck with everything.
