postpartum depression & aniexity

How can u make this go away !! I have early signs already . And major chest pains like someone is sitting on my chest latley so can anyone help me make this dissapear!

then it's not "post" partum, you're probably very anxious/nervous about the birth. There are some herbal remedies that can bring you some "calm", like valerian, but I would def talk to your doctor about this, see if he/she ok with herbal stuff and maybe suggests something else safe. take care of yourself.

if you're just like two weeks after birth - babies blues are very natural, go away on their own, you'll adjust; if you are beyond this point - if you know any techniques of relaxation - do them, don't stress yourself, don't ask too much of yourself as far as baby care, all this comes naturally with time. if you feel - it's getting out of control - talk to you doctor asap.

I suffered with this until about 16 weeks and then all of a sudden it just all stopped. I am now 27 weeks and have been fine since.

Talk to your doctor. They should be able to prescribe you something safe to take. Good luck!
