Breastfeeding, walking, lots of water, healthy diet choices, and I'm going to be using a belly band "the squeem". :)
I breast fed for a month and then I couldn't anymore but I started runnung and that did the job. And I drank tons of water.good luck
Just in case you are unsure a Faja is a like a corset . Everyone in my family has done it im thinking of trying it as well
Breast feeding and wearing a faja, eating healthy, low in carbs, drinking a ton (and i mean close to a gallon of water a day). It will help boost your metabolism
Breastfeeding is the best way. Otherwise cardio!!
