Preeclampsia is a condition of high blood pressure and large amounts of protein in the urine. Signs are headache, blurred vision and/or spots, could have rise in liver enzymes, swelling in hands and face, large amount of weight gain in short amount of time. Sometimes hospitalization and Magnesium Sulfate can be done or to solve the problem the only way is to deliver. At 35 weeks you are atleast at a safer time in your pregnancy to deliver. Goodluck.
pre-eclampsia is when your blood pressure iss almost constantly elevated you could have swelling, a pain in the upper abdomen, protein in ur urine etc. if it goes untreated it could progress to eclampsia a much more serious condition involving seizures. if u have mild preeclampsia youll get rest and monitored blood pressure. if it gets worse u could be hospitalized and monitered. with severe they will induce you most likely because thats the only way to cure it
Pre-eclampsia may develop from 20 weeks gestation (it is considered early onset before 32 weeks, which is associated with increased morbidity). Its progress differs among patients; most cases are diagnosed pre-term. Pre-eclampsia may also occur up to six weeks post-partum. Apart from Caesarean section or induction of labor (and therefore delivery of the placenta), there is no known cure. It is the most common of the dangerous pregnancy complications; it may affect both the mother and the unborn child.[1] - info from wikipedia
The doctor should monitor you closely and might suggest early delivery.
