Who else is on bedrest from pre term later. How many weeks and how dilated are u. Im 34 weeks one day. And 3-4 cm dilated. Im scared

Thanks guys.im now.34weeks.4 days my.goal is 36weeks.so his lungs are.good :) but.if.he stays longer thats better :) i cant.wait to meet my.little man

Im on pelvic rest due to pre term labor at 32 weeks I was 1cm and 75%. I dont work outside the home so they didn't put me on bed rest jus lightly duty. I got a shot to stop it and got two shots to mature babys lungs faster. I am now 35 weeks (36 tomorrow) and dilated to 3cm and 90% effaced jus waiting for contractions to get stronger.  Dont stress too much. Baby will more then likely survive if it was born now but its better if the baby can cook a few more weeks.  Good luck mama.

I had my son at 25w. He was only 1lb 11oz and stayed in nicu for 92 days. I would take this time to do some research on the nicu at the hospital you plan to deliver at. Btw, my son is now 2 years. Smart as can be, he is a little small for his age and it took him longer to learn things, but he is all caught up with his age group now.

I was.at.work and i was.doing.a.sitting.down job and my.back was like killing me.outta nowhere. And. It hurt so bad. I was in labor at work. Got.home.started.throwing.up .then went to hospital and i was 3-4 cm dilated. They had to give me.magnesium, its a stteriod to help stop labor and it.helps my.baby boy.lungs develop faster.i take.it. it takes 36 weeks till they are fully developed. So then i was in the hospital for a week and he is still in there so now i am home. But its really.scarynot.knowing.when he will come.and.knowing.it.could beany.day
