castro oil work? when should i use it?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant I have a little contractions and I'm not dilated first prrgnancy

I took 2 tbsp on two diff days. No baby no poop lol I did have a little bit of contractions I mixed it with o.j & I believe that your not suppose to take more then 4 tbsp. You can buy it at any pharmacy (cvs, walgeens, walmart, ect)

I just put a thing layer on a piece of toast sinceI couldn't stand the taste of it and when I used it, it didn't give me diarrhea and it didn't make me vomit either and I bought it at Walmart it comes in a glass jar and it days castor oil on it

Why not task your Dr about taking it? Then you can know the 'dose' and wether its safe or even recommended?

Its not recommended. It can cause diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration. It can also cause your baby to have a bowel movement in utero which is dangerous.

Its not something id try personally this can harm ur baby...i researched it after the first time i heard about it some people may luck out and not have a problem but this is not for starting contractions or labor its for helping with bowel movements and can cause ur child to have one in the womb causing it to have to go to the nicu due to breathing its own waste in...I'm sorry if i sound rude but i know i would want more info if i didnt know what could happen to my child...hope ur able to find more info on it

I used it at 37 & 1/2 weeks and went into labor the day after I used it
