Hi, I've been wondering why my symptoms have gone away I'm 7 weeks but just a week ago Iwas sick everyday, now i feel anxiety.I've had a previous miscarriage in February and  Idont know what this means

I would also get checked out if you feel as if you're leaking because soemtimes that can be amniotic fluid and that isn't good. But yes, like Katie037 said. Symptoms come and go. Enjoy not being sick, because it's suck when/if it somes back. :) Good luck and congrats on the baby!

Don't worry hun, symptoms come and go. If you bleed red or start intense cramping get checked out but it's perfectly normal to not feel any symptoms, enjoy the time you have not being sick!
