Bloating is normal...I was only 8 wks along when I was having a REALLY hard time buttoning my pants and I had to start choosing some longer shirts because even the ones I could button were really tight...

the second darker line is just a control line to show the test worked properly. the first line can be any shade but if its there, usually you are pregnant. they generally base how far along you are by your last period. an ultra sound will not harm the baby... and yes, it is normal to be bloated in early preg.

I don't want to sound mean, but you really should check your spelling/grammar before you post, it tends to make it a little confusing.. and to answer your question, no.. it is not harmful.. you just really cannot see anything if you're too early, so they probably want to atleast be able to see the sac and everything... ultrasounds usually wait a while so the measuring dates are accurate.
